Christmas Trip to the Great Northwest
Since Morgan’s parents have moved to California, we decided to meet them in Portland to see both sides of Morgan’s family. We left on Christmas afternoon and will return on the 30th. It is always good to see family, especially since we only get to see them once or twice a year.

Braden’s First Christmas

Thanksgiving
For thanksgiving this year we went to Great Grandma and Grandpa Turner’s house. Lots of good food and family. Braden had a lot of fun playing with the same toys Kevin played with when he was a child. Here are a couple of photos.
House make-over
While I was down in California Kevin surprised me by repainting the exterior of the house. As you remember, the weekend we were supposed to paint, we had the earliest snowfall in record history, so we didn’t paint. The following week however was beautiful and very warm so Kevin and his Dad (Thanks Dick!) got to work on the front of the house. They did a great job and I was very surprised! Thanks Babe!

My First Mothers Day
Kevin and Braden took me to Ann Morrison for a picnic of fried chicken and Grandma’s cookies. It was a beautiful day and I could not have asked for more for my first official Mothers Day! (I think I was technically pregnant last year but didn’t know it yet.)
Trip to Portland

Kevin and I have decided to start our own blog! We will write about our lives and what is going on with us so everyone can be informed! 
Hopefully you’ll come back often. I will be starting a few new career ventures soon, so hopefully you can join in! (Swimming Lessons for the kiddos and personal training for everyone)
