Trip to Portland

First plane ride
Braden, my mom and I flew to Portland to visit her sisters and take part in our traditional MS walk. He was a great flyer! Slept the whole way there!
Start-finish
Braden with the girls on the walk. I think he got the best seat in the house!
Relaxing
Once again, he’s got the best seat in the house! Thanks Great Aunt Wendy and Diane! We love you and hope to see you again soon!

Cleaning helper

Tuckered out from cleaning
As you can see, I took this picture of Braden while he was “helping” me clean. I had been vacuuming the house and happened to glanced into the mirror and saw him fast asleep! What a good helper huh!

Professional Photoshoot

Thanks Carissa! We love all the pictures! You did an amazing job! www.fullerphotography.net

We Love you Grandma!

Saturday April 12th, Kevin’s Grandma Longenecker passed away. She had Alzheimer’s and on the Sunday before her death, she suffered a stroke. It limited her to her bed and also her eating and drinking abilities. We believe that due to her faith in Jesus, her personal Lord and Savior, she is now dancing on the streets of Heaven with her husband and praising God! We miss you Grandma and will see you and Grandpa soon!

All dressed with red
Red was Grandmas favorite color. Check out Braden’s tie. He matches his daddy!

Great Grandma Longenecker

On Saturday Braden met his Great Grandma Longenecker for the first time. Great Grandma Longenecker We love you Great Grandma!

Three Generations

My Baby is 2! Months that is…

Big Smile!
Today we went to the doctor for Braden’s 2 month check up. He did so great! He’s also growing like a weed! He now weighs 12 lbs (up from 8lbs 12 oz, at 2 weeks and is in the 59th percentile), is 23.75 inches tall (20.63″ at 2 weeks, and now in the 80th percentile) and hitting all of his other milestones like a champ! My favorite are these killer smiles that he loves to give anyone that talks to him. He’s not sleeping through the night completely yet, but it’s getting better…about 4-5 hours at a stretch. One thing I hope he never outgrows is his love of cuddling.

I love how he keeps his little legs tucked in so when I pick him up he still looks all curled up.
I love how when I change his diaper he talks to me.
I love how he loves the bath and splashes water all over everything.
I love that when I’m feeding him he holds onto my necklace or “pets” my neck and chest.
I love watching him and his dad talk to each other in the mornings.
I love seeing how much love his grandparents, aunts and uncles have for him.
What can I say, I LOVE HIM!
